Looking for a new move to spice up your upper body workout?
Try "Over-the-tops" (pictured below) for a great core and arm workout. All you need is a workout step with one base on each side and a pair of gliders (also pictured below). Walk your hands over the top of the step, then walk your hand back over the step in reverse. Placing your feet on the gliders will allow your body to slide across the floor easily.
Don't have a gym membership? Do this at home - just find anything around the house that will simulate the height of the "step" and use plastic plates as your gliders.
